Safety Promise

The most useful thing a coaching service can do for your safety is to be honest about its limits. This page states what EnneaDate is, what it is not, and what happens the moment something more serious than coaching appears in the room.

What this service is

EnneaDate is a guided, consent-first relational growth service. It uses the Enneagram, structured reflection, and one-to-one coaching to help singles, couples, and families understand their patterns and act on them with more awareness.

What this service is not

EnneaDate is a coaching service, not therapy, crisis care, legal advice, abuse investigation, or identity verification.

  • It is not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or a substitute for clinical care.
  • It is not a crisis line and is not monitored outside working hours.
  • It is not a legal or family-law advisory service.
  • It does not investigate allegations of abuse or adjudicate between parties.
  • It does not verify anyone's identity, background, or marital status.
  • It is not a swipe-based dating app and holds no matching database.

When coaching pauses

Where urgent safety, coercion, abuse, or acute mental-health concerns arise, coaching pauses and appropriate referral pathways are recommended.

This is not a withdrawal of care. It is the recognition that the right help in that moment is a different kind of help, and that continuing to coach would delay it. Where you wish to return afterwards, you are welcome, and any unused sessions are held.

I would rather lose an engagement than be the reason someone stayed in a conversation that could not help them.

If you need urgent support in Singapore

If you are in immediate danger, contact the Police at 999 or emergency medical services at 995.

For urgent emotional distress, national helplines operated by established Singapore agencies — including the Samaritans of Singapore and the Institute of Mental Health's helpline — are available around the clock. For family violence, the National Anti-Violence and Sexual Harassment Helpline provides 24-hour support.

Neither this website, the reflection form, nor email is monitored for emergencies.

Conduct in sessions

Sessions are held with respect for both parties. Coaching may be ended without refund of the session in progress where there is abuse, threat, intoxication, or attempts to use a session to pressure or surveil another person.

Where a couple attends together, no information given privately by one partner is disclosed to the other without permission, and no session is used as leverage in a dispute.

Confidentiality and its limits

What you say in a session stays in the session, with two narrow exceptions: where there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or another person, and where disclosure is required by Singapore law.

For agency engagements, member information remains private unless specific consent has been given for defined summary sharing. See Consent & Data Use.

Raising a concern

If something in a session felt wrong, say so. Write to admin@enneagramsingapore.org. Concerns are acknowledged within one business day and answered by the founder personally, not by a template.

If anything here is unclear, write to me directly. I would rather answer a question early than have you agree to something you did not fully understand.
