Service Terms

These terms are between you and EnneaDate, operated from Singapore by Stanley Ang. Where an agency engages EnneaDate on behalf of its members, the agency agreement governs commercial terms and these terms govern the coaching relationship with each individual.

• One-to-one or couple coaching sessions of the length stated at booking.
• The structured materials associated with your session type.
• Between-session guided support as described in your package.
• A written follow-up where your package includes one.

Anything not stated in your booking confirmation, proposal, or invoice is not included. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of unlimited access.

• Sessions are confirmed once payment or an agency purchase order is received.
• Rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice carries no charge and is welcomed.
• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may consume the session, at the founder's discretion and with reasonable allowance for genuine emergencies.
• A no-show without contact consumes the session.

Email and WhatsApp enquiries are answered within one business day, Monday to Friday, Singapore time. Session follow-up materials are sent within the timeframe stated in your package, and where none is stated, within five business days.

This is a boutique, capacity-managed practice. Availability is finite and is confirmed at booking rather than promised in advance.

Fees are quoted in Singapore dollars and stated in full before payment or onboarding. Agency engagements are invoiced on the terms set out in the accepted proposal. No fee changes apply to an engagement already paid for.

EnneaDate is founder-delivered. If I become unavailable through illness or an unforeseen event, affected sessions are rescheduled at no cost, and where rescheduling is not workable, unused sessions are refunded in full.

A solo practice should say this out loud rather than hope the question never comes up.

• Give accurate information at intake, including anything that affects your safety or suitability for coaching.
• Attend sessions in a private setting where you can speak freely.
• Do not record sessions without prior written agreement.
• Treat materials shared with you as for your personal use, not for redistribution or resale.

EnneaDate is a coaching service, not therapy, crisis care, legal advice, abuse investigation, or identity verification. Coaching outcomes depend substantially on your own action between sessions, and no specific relational, personal, or commercial outcome is guaranteed. Frameworks, worksheets, and written materials produced by EnneaDate remain the property of EnneaDate and are licensed to you for personal use during and after your engagement. Your own reflections remain yours.

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy & Consent policy and the PDPA Compliance notes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute is first raised directly with the founder, and if unresolved, submitted to the courts of Singapore.
