Privacy & Consent

EnneaDate is a small, founder-led practice. The simplest way to protect your information is to collect very little of it, use it only for what you agreed to, and tell you plainly what happens next.

Who is responsible

EnneaDate is operated from Singapore by Stanley Ang, under the Enneagram Singapore practice. I am the person who reads your intake forms, your reflections, and your emails. There is no anonymous support desk behind this service.

For anything relating to your personal data, write to admin@enneagramsingapore.org. Enquiries are answered within one business day.

What is collected

  • Identity and contact details you give voluntarily — first name, email address, and where relevant a mobile number for scheduling.
  • Coaching context — your Enneagram type where known, session type and date, and the reflections you choose to write.
  • Engagement details where you come through a partner agency — the agency name and the sessions delivered.
  • Basic technical data generated by visiting the site, used only to keep the site running and secure.

EnneaDate does not run identity verification, background checks, bio or voice analysis, or credit checks. It is not a swipe-based dating app and holds no matching database.

What it is used for

  • Delivering the coaching session or programme you signed up for.
  • Following up between sessions and sending the materials you asked for.
  • Improving the service — reviewing patterns in what helps people and what does not.
  • Drafting testimonials only where you have explicitly given permission, in the exact form you chose.
  • Meeting legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations in Singapore.

Your personal data is never sold, rented, or handed to advertising networks. There is no data broker anywhere in this service.

Consent

Consent is asked for separately for each distinct use, and it is always reversible. Agreeing to coaching does not mean agreeing to a testimonial. Agreeing to a testimonial does not mean agreeing to have your Enneagram type shown.

The full detail of what each consent covers — and how to withdraw it — is set out on the Consent & Data Use page.

Agency engagements

Where a partner agency introduces you to EnneaDate, your session content remains private. The agency is told that a session took place and, where you have consented, a defined summary agreed in advance.

Member information remains private unless specific consent has been given for defined summary sharing. Nothing you say in a session is reported back verbatim.

Where your data lives

EnneaDate uses a small number of established service providers to run scheduling, records, email delivery, and site hosting. These providers process data on instruction only, and some store data outside Singapore. Where that happens, transfers are made on the basis that comparable protection is in place, consistent with the PDPA transfer limitation obligation.

More detail on the Singapore-specific handling sits on the PDPA Compliance page.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This site uses essential analytics to understand content usefulness. At present that is limited to the aggregate page-view and error-reporting data produced by the hosting platform — there is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no Meta or TikTok tag, and no third-party marketing tracker installed on this site.

The scope of that data is basic and non-identifying: which pages were requested, roughly when, and whether the page errored. It is not linked to your coaching records and is not used to build a profile of you.

If non-essential tracking is introduced later, you will be informed here and offered appropriate choice.

How long it is kept

  • Enquiries that do not become engagements: up to 12 months, then deleted.
  • Active coaching records: for the duration of the engagement and up to 3 years afterwards, to support continuity if you return.
  • Financial records: 5 years, as required under Singapore tax law.
  • Consented testimonials: until you withdraw permission for future public use.

Your rights

You may ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, withdraw a consent, or ask for deletion where no legal obligation requires it to be kept. Requests are actioned within 30 days, and usually far sooner.

Send any request to admin@enneagramsingapore.org with the subject line "Personal data request".

Where AI assists, and where it does not

AI may assist internally with drafting reflection summaries, condensing intake notes, and general copy assistance. Human review is required for everything that reaches you — all proposals, follow-ups, and any summary shared with a member or an agency is read and edited by Stanley before it is sent. Sensitive or high-stakes matters are not handled autonomously.

Data handling at a glance

A plain summary of what is collected, why, where it goes, who can access it, and how long it is kept sits on Trust & Due Diligence. Agencies should also read the sharing boundaries on the partners page.

Service boundaries

EnneaDate is a coaching service, not therapy, crisis care, legal advice, abuse investigation, or identity verification. Where urgent safety, coercion, abuse, or acute mental-health concerns arise, coaching pauses and appropriate referral pathways are recommended. The detail sits on the Safety Promise page.

If anything here is unclear, write to me directly. I would rather answer a question early than have you agree to something you did not fully understand.
