Questions & Answers
These are the questions people actually ask before booking. The answers are the same ones I would give you on a call, written down so you can read them without asking.

Is this coaching, therapy, or crisis support?
EnneaDate is a coaching service, not therapy, crisis care, legal advice, abuse investigation, or identity verification.
Where urgent safety, coercion, abuse, or acute mental-health concerns arise, coaching pauses and appropriate referral pathways are recommended. That is not a disclaimer to protect me — it is what actually happens in the room.
The full boundary statement and the referral pathways sit on the Safety Promise.
What does EnneaDate do — and not do — for singles?
It does:
- Help you name your Enneagram type and the pattern you bring into dating.
- Give you a written Sealed Folio and Relational Card you keep.
- Send one personalised reflection prompt within 14 days of your session.
It does not:
- Match you with anyone. There is no swipe feed and no matching database.
- Verify anyone's identity, background, income, or intentions.
- Promise a relationship, a date, or a timeline.
Session structure and rates are on the Offers & Rates page.
What does EnneaDate do — and not do — for couples?
It does: a two-hour session for both of you, two individual Folios, and a Compatibility Insight Report written for your specific pairing rather than a generic type chart.
It does not: adjudicate a dispute, assign fault, replace couples therapy, or handle situations involving coercion or abuse. In those cases coaching pauses and I recommend a referral.
What does EnneaDate do — and not do — for agencies?
It does: deliver structured Enneagram coaching to your members, run a small pilot before any commitment, and confirm that a session took place.
It does not: report session content back to you. Member information remains private unless specific consent has been given for defined summary sharing. There is no agency portal, no member dashboard, and no shared record of what was said.
Engagement shape and pilot rates are on the Offers & Rates page; scoping starts with a proposal request.
How is my personal data handled under the PDPA?
Very little is collected, it is used only for what you agreed to, and it is never sold or handed to advertising networks. Consent is asked for separately for each distinct use, and every consent is reversible.
The detail lives across three pages: Privacy & Consent for what is collected and why, Consent & Data Use for the four separate permissions and how to withdraw them, and PDPA Compliance for how the Singapore obligations are met in practice.
How does booking work, and how fast do you reply?
Enquiries are answered within one business day. Sessions are booked into the next available window rather than an open calendar; when a window is full it closes and the next one opens.
- Send an enquiry at /proposal or by email.
- We agree a session type, date, and window.
- A short intake exchange happens before we meet.
- Your written follow-up arrives within 14 days of the session.
This is a founder-led practice with a limited number of slots. If the current window is closed, I will hold your name for the next one rather than squeeze you in.
Direct contact details are on the Contact page.
What happens to my reflection, and can it be published?
The reflection form at /reflect is not monitored for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger or acute distress, seek urgent support through appropriate local services.
Your reflection may be used for coaching follow-up, service improvement, and consented testimonial drafting only. You choose the exact form of any public use — anonymous, first name only, with your Enneagram type shown, or no public use at all.
You may later withdraw testimonial permission for future public use by contacting EnneaDate. Marking a reflection eligible does not publish it; nothing appears publicly until it is separately reviewed and approved. The full wording is on the Consent & Data Use page.
What if I need to cancel or ask for a refund?
Rescheduling and cancellation are handled in the Terms, and the conditions under which money is returned are set out plainly in the Refund Conditions. Both are readable before you pay anything.
If anything here is unclear, write to me directly. I would rather answer a question early than have you agree to something you did not fully understand.
