EnneaDate is a founder-led coaching practice run from Singapore by Stanley Ang. It is a solo operation, not a platform, not an agency network, and not a marketplace of coaches. The person who answers your email is the person who runs the sessions.

EnneaDate is a coaching service, not therapy, crisis care, legal advice, abuse investigation, or identity verification. Where urgent safety, coercion, abuse, or acute mental-health concerns arise, coaching pauses and appropriate referral pathways are recommended. See the Safety Promise.

Enquiries are answered within one business day, usually sooner. That is the same expectation stated on the enquiry form and the contact page. Where a reply needs more thought than a day allows, you will still get an acknowledgement inside that window.

For anything urgent about data, consent, a session, or a partnership — including a suspected data incident — write to admin@enneagramsingapore.org with "Urgent" in the subject line. It reaches Stanley directly. Data incidents are assessed on the day they are reported and notified in line with PDPA obligations where the threshold is met.

This inbox is not monitored for emergencies. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency or crisis services first.

• What is collected — your name, one contact channel, the offer type you are asking about, and the reflection content you choose to submit.
• Why it is collected — coaching follow-up, service improvement, and consented testimonial drafting. Nothing else.
• Where it goes — enquiries and notifications are delivered to the EnneaDate admin inbox through the email provider. There is no third-party CRM and no advertising platform in the path.
• Who can access it — the founder and operator only, unless you have given explicit consent for something specific to be shared, such as a defined summary to your agency.
• Retention and deletion — retain only as long as needed for coaching and stated purposes, or other legitimate business or legal purposes. Requests relating to access, correction, consent withdrawal, and deletion review should be handled in line with PDPA obligations and operational needs.

• Hosting — the website is hosted on a managed cloud platform with encrypted connections.
• Email — transactional notifications are sent through Resend from a verified EnneaDate sender domain.
• Records — coaching and enquiry records are kept in access-controlled tools used by the founder alone.
• Analytics — no third-party analytics or tracking scripts are installed. If that ever changes, it will be stated on the privacy page first.

Server details, credentials, and internal architecture are deliberately not published here. If your organisation needs more for a formal review, ask and I will answer directly.

AI may assist internally with drafting reflection summaries, condensing intake notes, and general copy assistance. It is a writing aid, nothing more.

Human review is required for everything that reaches you: all proposals, follow-ups, and any summary shared with a member or an agency is read and edited by Stanley before it is sent.

Sensitive or high-stakes matters — safety concerns, consent decisions, agency reporting, anything touching a person's wellbeing — are not handled autonomously by any automated system.

• No identity verification, background checks, or vetting of members.
• No abuse investigation, monitoring, or surveillance of any kind.
• No therapy, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or legal advice.
• No guaranteed relationship outcomes, matches, or introductions.
