Consent & Data Use

Consent-first is not a slogan here. It means each use of your information is asked for separately, described in plain language, and can be withdrawn without any effect on the coaching you receive.

The four consents

EnneaDate asks for at most four separate permissions. You may say yes to one and no to the rest.

  • Coaching consent — permission to work with you, hold session notes, and follow up between sessions. Without this there is no engagement.
  • Contact consent — permission to email or message you about your sessions, materials, and scheduling.
  • Agency summary consent — where a partner agency introduced you, permission to share a defined summary agreed with you in advance. Optional.
  • Testimonial consent — permission to use part of your written reflection publicly, in the exact form you chose. Optional.

Testimonial permission, precisely

On the reflection form you choose one of four options, and only that option applies:

  • Yes, anonymously — attributed by descriptor only, such as "Marketing Director, 34, Singapore".
  • Yes, with my first name only — first name, no surname, no photograph.
  • Yes, with my Enneagram type shown — such as "Type 4, Singapore".
  • No — the reflection stays entirely private. This has no effect whatsoever on your coaching.

A reflection being marked eligible internally does not publish it. Nothing appears publicly until it is separately reviewed, drafted, and approved for publication.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw any consent at any time by emailing admin@enneagramsingapore.org. No explanation is required.

Withdrawal of testimonial permission applies to future public use. Where a quote has already been printed in a physical or distributed item, it cannot be recalled from that item, but it is removed from the website and from all future materials.

Withdrawing coaching consent ends the engagement. Any refund position follows the Refund Conditions.

What is never done without asking

  • No sharing of session content with a partner agency beyond an agreed summary.
  • No use of your name, face, or Enneagram type in marketing.
  • No addition to a general marketing list because you made an enquiry.
  • No sale, rental, or exchange of your data with any third party.

Children and vulnerable persons

EnneaDate coaching is for adults aged 18 and above. Where a family engagement touches on younger members, no personal data about a minor is collected or stored.
