The walkthrough is the closing structure of Session 2. You experience it together with your coach, not alone.

What this is not
- Not therapy, crisis care, or mental-health treatment
- Not ongoing async coaching or voice/text support between sessions
- Not group sessions or workshops
- Not a dating app, matching service, or introduction agency
- Not legal advice, abuse investigation, or identity verification
Where urgent safety, coercion, abuse, or acute mental-health concerns arise, coaching pauses and referral pathways are recommended — the detail sits on the Safety Promise.
For agencies
How this sits beside your membership
Agencies integrate the two coaching sessions into their existing membership structure — as an included tier, a member add-on, or a premium upgrade. Your team sets and explains member pricing.
EnneaDate invoices the agency for each completed coaching session. Invoices are issued manually as PDFs in arrears; there is no payment gateway and no stored cards.
Members never pay EnneaDate directly and never create a separate EnneaDate account. From the member’s side, everything runs through your agency.
Full partnership terms, packages, and rates sit on the partnership proposal. Refund and adjustment conditions are published on Refunds.
Between sessions
- EnneaSafe portal access for reading and self-reflection
- No async coaching, no group sessions, and no follow-up calls outside the two sessions
